We were the only customers at the store at the time. We were approached by the shop assistant who ask if we wanted any help, she directed us to the section we were interested in and left us to browse without hovering but stayed near by if we wanted to ask question. As soon as we were ready she was very helpful & talked us through all the different types off mattresses .

The manager of the store was very friendly and extremely helpful. His knowledge was great and he didn't try to talk me into anything else. He listened to my needs and budget. I'd use the Basingstoke store again because of how good he was.

We had a great customer experience and the sleepmatch offered a unique insight for finding the right product for us. The store manager seemed extremely knowledgable and friendly and spent a good amount of time ensuring we found the perfect bed!

We visited Dreams to simply look at beds to get an idea of what we could realistically expect to pay. Having been to another store first, we were pleasantly surprised to find what we were looking for at a slightly better price. We were put on the mattress machine which indicated what our ideal type of mattress would be and the member of staff dutifully showed us various mattresses which fell into that range. We had two young children with us but the staff weren’t phased by their ‘need’ to climb all over the beds and run about up and down the store! The member of staff also made us drinks and help us find suitable bedlinen and a pillow. At no point during our visit did we feel pressured into a purchase or hurried to make a decision.
