Carl was very knowledgable about the whole range of mattresses and frames. If it was not for him we would have chosen the wrong beds x 3. £4000.00 well spent. Thanks to Carl at Dreams Hatch Warren Basingstoke.

The person who served us, Carl was marvellous. Very knowledgable without being pushy. Knew the product inside out. Spent just the right amount of time engaged with us during the visit.

Angelica is lovely, such a sweet natured business woman, and an absolute credit to your company. She was incredibly helpful and very patient with our indecisiveness. She gave us space when we needed it and a much appreciated bottle of water each.

Very impressed with Angelika at dreams store at Basingstoke, took care of my aged mothers every need with the patient of a saint. Did the mattress sleep analysis machine to define what kind of mattress she was looking for & made sure mum had an unrushed test of all the mattresses the machine recommended. Angelika was very polite, helpful & knowledgeable about the products & really made it easier to find what mum was looking for, which is why i’m highly satisfied with the service we received.

Angelika was very pleasant to deal with. Very polite and not pushy. She had fabulous product knowledge and showed us the mattress selector machine, gave us pillows to try on the different beds and offered us hot and cold drinks. A great asset to the company.
