From the moment we entered the store we were made to feel special even though they were busy Carl was our salesperson he was excellent without being overpowering and he knew exactly what he was talking about, bought same spinal pillow whilst there as was able to try it first and it has proved excellent, just cannot wait to have my bed delivered😊

The assistant took time to explain the benefits of the products and time to try each of them without putting is under pressure.

I had looked at products on the website and narrowed my choices. In store sales assistant Leah was extremely friendly and helpful. She explained a couple of things I was unsure about and then processed my order efficiently. Everything was clearly stated

The young man Chris could not have been any more helpful and he had a really great personality his knowledge of the products was very good,And it was a very hot day so he gave my wife and my self a bottle of water that was much appreciated.
