Carl was extremely helpful listening to our needs then giving clear advice on what he believed best met our needs. his product knowledge was key in helping us choose the right products and making the whole process as straightforward as possible.

Quick service and helpful staff

The Sales Assistant took time to listen to our requirements, my partner is wheelchair bound so our particular needs are usually out of the normal.

We were greeted by a young man with a smile, who offered us a cup of coffee (nice touch), he assisted us with our needs then left us to have a walk around and look at the beds that were advised for our needs. There was no pressure or rush, my kind of shopping.

From the moment we entered the store we were welcomed by Carl whom I believe is the manager or senior salesman. He took his time to listen to our requirements & suggested we have a test on the diagnostic bed, using the results we were then directed to a selection of mattresses that were in the range suggested by the machine. After making our choice we were asked if we required any other purchases ie pillows etc. We then paid & arranged delivery of the mattress & removal of our old one. In all a very pleasant experience. On top of all that we were offered coffee which we turned down.

The item was in stock, so we could take that day. The mattress protector is being delivered. Also the stain warranty is something new which appeals to us, especially having young children.

The salesman was friendly and knowledgable and the price of the bed and mattress were very competative.
