Dreams - Basingstoke

We were looking for a bed sofa for our son, on greeting us at the entrance a sales assistance was able to point us in the right direction as to where the sofa beds were within the store. We particularly liked the look of one and another sales assistant Angelica was able to show us how it transferred from sofa to bed. Angelica was happy for us to sit on it and for my son to lay on it when in the bed format, she was also happy for our son to move it from bed to sofa and reverse so he understood the workings and he was happy with it. Angelica also helped to find pillows and a mattress topper. We were extremely impressed with our whole experience.

Advice was excellent, helping us to find the right colour fabric for our bed, options for bed cover on beds and mattresses, and the free mattress protector was a bonus. We've bought all our mattresses from dreams and will continue to!

The staff where all friendly, know and helpful. It was evident that our custom was important to them. Angelica must of been good as we brought an expensive mattress in our opinion and we also brought the additional items to go with it, ie protection sheet and pillows.
