Carl was friendly and professional and very helpful

I arrived with my friend and was greated by Angelika a very friendly helpful lady. I explained what I was looking for she helped me and showed me many suitable products. I was delighted with the quality and stardard of the shop and also the manager. Both very polite and extremely helpful.

James was very helpful and knowledgeable, but also gave us time to consider our purchase without pressure

The assistant was attentive without being intrusive and not pushy about products
