We visited the Basingstoke store and were served by Nahum. He was extremely helpful and welcoming, he remembered us on our 2nd and 3rd visit. He wasnt too pushy which is what I liked but still very helpful when we needed him

Leah, our assistant, was very attentive. At her suggestion we used the sleep-assessment machine to shortlist mattresses that could work for us, & tried them all. With her help, we established the best one for us, and also the required bedframe. As it was a lot of money, we went away to think about it, and having looked at some other competitive offers, decided that the configuration Leah had helped us choose was still the best. We were very pleased to find, on returning to the store, some special offers that saved us around £450 on the deal. Throughout, Leah and her colleagues were helpful, professional and very well-informed. At no point did we rushed or pressured, and we felt the quality and range of products on offer was the best match for our needs.

Angelika gave us great service from the moment we walked in the shop

Greeted into the shop with a very friendly invite. Used the bed that picks which mattress is best for you and was shown round the store. Was given time to work out what was most comfortable for us. As we arrived at 5.30pm, as some of the members of staff were leaving, Angelika stayed on until 6.45pm to guide us through the service

We were greeted by a friendly assistant in a timely manner. We were shown round the store all the recommended beds from the machine. The operatives name was Angelika. She went through the process thoroughly. We entered the store about 5:30pm knowing that it shut at 6pm but she stayed well past her finish time to complete our order. We left the store at 6:30pm which I think is perfectly acceptable (especially the amount of time we took to chose a mattress). Very good customer service and knowledge about the products.

We where really impressed with Karl and his service the way we were treated with him. His performance in his knowledge and helpfulness was extremely very important.

James knew a great deal about the products and could not have been more helpful.

James - the Store Manager - assisted me virtually from when I entered the store and was extremely helpful - making sure he understood what i was looking for, and then helpong me to find exactly that. James was extremely knowledgable and able to make very helpful suggestions and recomendations that guided me to buy the mattress that best suited me. James could not have been more helpful and I was very grateful for his help and advice in all aspects. Thank you James.
