Excellent customer service which is usually not this good, staff were really knowledgable, gave me excellent advice and within my budget, not too pushy, took lots of time with us and recommended some amazing pillows which have literally changed my life! I woke up today with no headache ( due to bad neck) for the first time in months! We even got a cup of tea and my bed is arriving on Tuesday! I can’t wait ! Thank you for such an outstanding service

We were allowed to enter the store and browse and did not feel we were under any pressure. After a short while we were approached by an assistant who was pleasant, informative and not pushy. Having gone over a few beds we had checked out, we were told about the Sleepmatch. We tried it out twice using different options (aches and pains mostly), and were surprised at the results. A firmer bed seemed the better option. It was great to have that help. We tried several recommeneded options and went for a firmer mattress. We only wanted a mattress and not a base. The whole proces was not rushed and we felt we got a good deal.

Jim and Carl both served us during this visit. We were walked through a variety of bed frames and discussed the benefits of each. We were also able to try the smart sleep simulator in store to help us find the right mattress for us. The product knowledge from both Jim and Carl was brilliant and Carl made us a lovely cup of tea. We felt valued.

Angelika was the lady who served me. Angelika asked what I wanted and suggested I try the electronic machine which would tell me the best mattress for me. Turns out I need firm. Angelika could see I had back pain and gave me assistance getting on and off the mattresses I tried. Very helpful lady. Answered all my questions. Showed me several types of mattress of varying costs. Applied no pressure, just information on each one I tried. When I had chosen Angelika provided me with coffee and asked if I would like a biscuit. Once settled Angelika explained the products, the guarantee, the delivery, free pillows and covers both for the new mattress and for the old one to be taken away. My shopping experience was wonderful. I can't remember when a shopping experience was so good when spending alot of money. Angelika was friendly, professional and made me feel that I mattered and that she very much wanted me to happy with what I had bought. Would recommend Basingstoke Dreams to everyone and to ask for Angelika if she is available. Brilliant shopping experience much different to my last one. Thank You

The manager of the the store was really helpful & couldn't have done enough for my wife & I. They was due to close but that wasn't a problem. We've used them in the past & have never had a problem. We would definitely recommend them.

saw offer on line and phoned store to see if we could try it out. Excellent response from staff who answered call. Arrived in store and passed tho Leah who found the mattress we wanted and talked us though it’s benefits, did the quote and arranged delivery. She was friendly polite and professional.

James in the Basingstoke store was very patient with us as we took forever to choose! He didn’t put pressure on us to buy anything and was not pushing us towards a higher priced item. He was very objective. We went in and ended up walking away with a new bed, mattress and pillows! Thanks James.

Went in to purchase a bed for my son. Sales assistant Angelika at Basingstoke Kempshot was brilliant. She listened to what I wanted and showed my different combinations. Very knowledgable and friendly.
