Time spent explaining pros and cons of the various options and not pressurised into a decision. The sales lady was very pleasant and sale was done in a friendly manner.

The gentleman serving us was knowledgeable about the product and was able to anticipate potential snags that may occur thereby hopefully eradicating any problems that may arise when the furniture is delivered. Assistance given was helpful but not over bearing.

James was brilliant, he gave us the time we needed to choose the mattress that is right for us, he was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The whole process was simple and stress free. Excellent communication and customer service.

Sales staff in the store were available when needed and left us to browse until they were needed. We were shown a variety of mattresses until we were satisfied. The order process was quick and efficient. The member of staff ( Nahum ) was friendly and gave us all the information we needed.
