Dreams - Basingstoke

Angelika was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We were seeking advice on beds for our daughter as well as ourselves and visited the Basingstoke store on 3 separate occasions, before deciding.

Every one was friendly and welcoming. They took the time to understand my needs

Lovely, helpful member of staff. She gave us a cup of tea and explained everything professionally and was very efficient with our order.

The only reason our experience at Dreams was so memorable was because of Carl. His welcoming wit and his "particular" style of salesmanship proves that he can sell red meat to a vegetarian! :) Upon arrival, we were offered tea and biscuits and taken to have a turn on the mattress machine to decide on the best mattress. If Carl ever considers another career, he should definitely be a stand up comedian. He's the main reason we would probably go back to Dreams in Basingstoke

I’ve been experiencing a bad back for a while, largely due to carrying three children and sleeping on an unsuitable mattress - buying a replacement mattress is a big deal; it’s expensive and it is really important to get it right. But how? How do I, the customer go about getting the right bed? I am totally beholden to receiving advice and support from the staff at Dreams. Without their knowledge and expertise I would be at a total loss of what brand of bed to buy. Carl was so helpful, so patient, so passionate and so knowledgeable about the products and their suitability for his customers. I spent hours in the store and was never rushed or pushed into making a purchase. A super helpful and enjoyable experience.

We were approached almost as soon as we entered the store by Leah who was friendly and welcoming. We used the Dream Match tool and were able to try a number of different mattresses to find what we were looking for. We were provided with drinks and given a very good deal on the mattress we chose.

Once looking around the store an assistant was available to discuss my purchase and was able to show me straight away the product I had seen online. I was then able to take away on the day as the mattress was available. Once purchased I was offered help to take it to my car if I wished.

Carl (Basingstoke branch) was very friendly, knowledgeable as soon as we arrived. Once we had all the information Carl gave went away for a few minutes to give us time to make our choice of mattress without any pressure.
