Dreams - Basingstoke

Store team were visible when we arrived, and after a few minutes a lady said hello and offered help if we needed it, we were happy to look around on are own and where left to do so, after walking the floor a few times, the store manager said hello and offered the use of the sleep test once it was free, which we did (although didn't agree with it's suggestion of a firm mattress), then offered a hot drink and to show us the mattresses suggested. We chose our own option based on comfort and having a cooling gel and proceeded to purchase a much more expensive mattress than we intended too, but are happy with our choice and await delivery.

Great experience from start to finish. Loved the simulator and then having a list of suitable mattresses to choose from. Good range of price options. Friendly helpful staff.

When approached by (Chris - Basingstoke store) he was polite and friendly. When assisting with our request of a bed and mattress he couldn't be more helpful! He advised us of the tempura mattresses and recommended the demonstration video. He remained professional however was not pushy for a sale. Excellent customer service and will be recommended family/friends.

Aim was to buy a mattress for my specific requirements. Carl the Dreams colleague who assisted me in making my purchase was extremely helpful and very attentive. He spent a fair bit of time running through my options, during which I didn't feel at all pressurised to make a purchase or to purchase something I didn't want. First class experience.

Helpful staff who showed us straight away the items in our price range but did not pressure us in any way.

From being greeted with Chris and a full explanation and bed checker test, he assisted us and listened and certainly delivered on what we required, very polite and professional . We then met and dealt with James who was equally friendly and professional throughout the purchasing process. It certainly helped with what in the past has been rather stressful turned out to be actually relaxed and fun!

James was great, giving good advice and alternatives. No hard sell rather a clear series of alternatives and options. Attentive but not over bearing.
