When we walked in we were greeted by Angelika who was very cheerful, friendly and immediately helpful. She asked us how we were, what we were looking for and then took us over to try out the sleep analysis bed to see which ones best suited us! She then took the time to show us each bed, allowed us to test them out and make sure we chose the right one for us. We were offered plenty of choices and never felt pressurised into choosing one or moving quickly onto the next. We were offered a hot drink which was lovely and relaxing and our experience throughout was fun, exciting and relaxed. As we had never had to buy a bed before, we didn’t know anything about it so when angelika talked us through the different types, designs & materials used to make them, her level of knowledge impressed us! We bought plenty of lovely items which we cannot wait to see/use when they arrive in a few weeks time. The price was cheaper than we expected which was great and we really do feel like we have certainly got quality products for our money. There is no doubt about it that we shall certainly be returning to buy any future products which we may need from dreams! Thank you!

Friendly service and very helpful

I was served by Leah who was very helpful and professional, the test bed to confirm the correct mattress I needed taking into consideration medical problems that I have. I was very impressed by the whole experience.

James was really helpful and understood my request and really entered into the spirit of it.

We were made very welcome as we entered the store and were allowed to browse without being bothered but knew that if we needed assistance the staff were only too eager to help. After deciding the items we were going to purchase all questions we asked about the products were very clearly answered and explained in depth. We were also informed about delivery and instalation plus the removal of our old items. During our visit we were asked several times if we would like a drink which was a welcome surprise.

Came in Sunday looking for a bed for my 90 year old mum, Leah greeted us when we arrived and was happy to let us browse, as my mum does like to have a look first before making her mind up, Leah was always around to answer any questions as was James the store manager, a fantastic friendly store team. Once we selected which bed was right for my mum placing the order was done by Leah and she ensured I knew what all the thing were ie added extras and I purchased them all. My mum was very pleased and excited that she’s getting a new bed, we then returned the evening after and was attended to again by James and again fantastic service, we returned to order another bed for my son, janes sorted out all our questions and placed the order, we are delighted by the service received from the team at dreams badingsyoke, would highly recommend.
