The store Manager James was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time and information to make a decision. The technology that allowed us to make the correct purchase was key to our decision making process.

I went to the store on 11/10/19 to look at beds and mattress’ and get some more information on them. Carl was a great help as was able to answer absolutely any question I threw at him. Carl saw that I was wondering round the store sitting on every mattress they had, Carl took me over to the machine that would measure my body and match me to a few mattress’ after I had picked a mattress Carl helped me with picking a bed frame and told me all about the divan beds and the kind of storage I could get. Carl then talked me through the finance plan and did a credit check to see if I was would be able to do the finance option, I passed and Carl talked me through what the monthly payments would be. I went away to have a think and discuss with the appropriate people. I then returned the following day to purchase the bed. Carl again was a massive help along with the store manager James. I was very pleased with my experience and will be recommending dreams to friends and family and passing Carl’s name on to them.

The staff were excellent, we were looked after by Angelika at The Basingstoke store. She was excellent, greeted us and looked half term our needs, she supported us to use the sleep master And had all the knowledge we needed . We would recommend this store to our friends and family .

Chris the advisor was brilliant, explained about different types of beds, suitability of our needs and requirements, his product knowledge was excellent. Made us a hot drink. Showed us around various options etc. I asked for a deal and he got us one. If I went back I would want to deal directly with him. The personal service was what made the experience and process from start to finish easy and non stressful.
