The costumer service was good. We were seen to immediately. The coffee was delicious. Overall, my experience was most enjoyable.

We had a lot of support from James the store manager who was knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He didn't pester and answered all of our questions honestly

We went in to try out the sleep match machine and just to try out a few mattresses to get an idea of what we wanted. There were some really good deals on and the server Angelika was very helpful and friendly so we ended up getting a entire Bed, Mattress, Pillows and Protector for our new home. We didn't feel rushed or pressured and there was plenty of mattresses to choose from. Angelika was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed and made some really good suggestions and seemed to really understand what we were after. Very happy with the overall experience and so pleased we could push back the delivery until December when we move in. Can't wait for it to arrive! Finance options also very good.

Carl was very polite and myself and my parents have dealt with him previously on buying our beds. He advise me of additional items I may need for my bed and actually saved me on my original order as there was a 10% sale and free delivery.

We were welcomed by staff on both occasions that we visited the store. The gentleman that helped us to choose our mattress took a lot of time out to listen to us and suggest mattresses that would be suitable. We were never rushed and felt valued. We were both offered hot drinks during our visit and I was also able to use the staff toilet which was very much appreciated as I am a pregnant lady.

Gentlemen that looked after us, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

I felt very comfortable in the shop, was not harassed, I got help when I needed it. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Our sales assistant was exceptional. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and importantly, gave us our own time to communicate between each other when making decisions. Leah answered every question confidently which gave us the reassurance we were with someone who cared, who was helpful and understood the products she was selling.
