Carl was knowledgable and helpful. He was patient while we looked at the options and gave advice based on experiences other customers have had We visited other bed stores over the weekend and this was by far the best service we received. We also liked your bed the most so it was an easy decision to make the purchase

We had an amazing customer service and Angelika had a great knowledge and understanding our needs after we describe our preferences we didn't have to spend all day to look for a something we want, she gave us few opinions straight away with different sorts of budgets and within an hour we managed to choose best mattress for us and on top of it we have been treated with discount and free pillows. After spending a several days searching for a mattress across different stores I can truly say that this store offers the best customer service!

The staff were very patient with us as we did have our three-year-old daughter running around the store while trying to make a decision on which bed to buy her. Carl must have spent over 1 hr with us dealing with a lot of our questions.

Angelika, the store assistant was very welcoming and friendly. She was knowledgeable about the product and gave us plenty of time to try the product options available. At no point did we feel rushed or under pressure to make a speedy decision. Angelika knew the product features and gave us tips on how to get the best out of the product. We felt assured that we could ask any question about the product, the store offers and the ordering process; all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. We were provided with coffee whilst considering our purchase. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Jim was very helpful and had very good product knowledge. He was very helpful and not at all pushy. He is a credit to Dreams.
