We were very impressed with the sales person Jim who answered all our questions and made it very easy for us to place out order. He was very knowledgeable about the products.

James the member of staff was very helpful and friendly and very clear on the order and delivery information .

Carl who helped us at Dreams was very knowledgable polite and never pushy. He did not bounce on us as soon as we came in the door but was around for when we asked a question. One of his colleagues made us both a cup of coffee (In proper mugs not paper ones) whilst Carl showed us the mattress detector ( sorry couldn’t remember what it was called

Needed a mattress for my 15 year old son Staff asked appropriate questions regarding who the product was for. They listened to my requirements and directed me to the ideal mattress which was not only the perfect product, but has had a significant price reduction. After leaving the store to check the products in a rival company, I returned and bought the mattress, as it was a more superior product with a great price tag. A variety of delivery slots were offered, and the mattress was delivered three days later on a Saturday for free. Delivery persons offered to take the mattress to the required room, and took the old one away. Prompt and helpful service. Overall my son loves the mattress. “Best nights sleep ever”. Only one drawback...It’s now more difficult to get him out of bed in the morning.🙄😀

I was highly satisfied because we were given time to look and then we were asked if we needed help.not just straight on us. Then when we told them we were interested in a bed the gentleman brought us over to his desk and gave us a hot drink, went on to explain everything about the bed the insurance we could get ( which we did), and we got the head boards as well. And two free mattress protectors which was a bonus. And to add to it we have got a delivery was only four days and a free delivery. So it was a great deal
