Angelika at the Basingstoke store greeted us as soon as we walked into the store. We had our disabled daughter with us in a wheelchair and everywhere was very accessible for us to look at the product we were buying for her. Angelika was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and guided us well and we made a purchase. She offered us tea or coffee while she was helping us. We were very impressed by the way she processed our order and was extremely helpful.

We had excellent customer service from Carl nothing was to much trouble, putting us on the equipment to measure our needs, showing us each mattress telling us all about it, using different pillows, no pushing to buy not hurried, just superb service.
