James the store manager was super professional and helpful without being too heavy on sales. His knowledge was excellent and it made our experience of buying a bed a pleasurable one!! Thanks James!

The staff member went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable, and had a great knowledge of the products. he offered us a drink and biscuits and let us try the beds and the machine to confirm our requirements.

The assistants were helpful but not pushy at all which is important so you don't feel pressured. Excellent in store machine to help find correct mattress for your size, weight shape etc. Store layout very good so easy to navigate round and try the beds out. It was january sale at the time so prices were good. Ordering the goods was nice and easy and pricing was fully explained at point of sale. No complaints with service atall, can't fault.

As we entered dreams show room we was greeted by polite staff and asked if we need any assistance, we asked to look at some new mattresses with comfortable pillows tried many with different pillows to suite are needs , we then had a coffee made by staff as we made a purchase, overall experience with dreams excellent.

We were served by James who was very helpful, knowledgable & very curious we were offered & received a coffee while we were being served , we would definitely use this store again, this is our second visit over the last couple of years and the service was as good as the first time we came.
