We were greeted by Karen as we entered the store, and she was a delight from the start. Organised somewhere for our boy to sit and offered him biscuits. She was very honest and explained she was new but she was very knowledgeable and made us feel relaxed and under no pressure to buy. She really helped us making a purchase .
