Leah was very understanding of our needs and put them in place from the first instance. After acknowledging what we wanted there were various measures in place to fulfill our wants. Chris was excellent. We were seen straight away, advised to sanitise our hands and offered masks and gloves. We were then shown how to use the bed to check our alignment for the recommended mattresses. Chris then showed us the recommended mattresses, allowed us to safely try them out and then showed us suitable bed frames that matched what we wanted. A really positive experience and we cannot wait for our new bed to arrive now.

The member of staff helping with us, (assistant manager at Basingstoke) was very friendly and helpful. He knew a lot about the items he’s selling, very knowledgable!! We saw a bed online before we went in the store, we showed him it on my phone and he took us to see it in the shop, he showed us all the functions including tv mechanism. Talked us through prices . Was overall very happy with the service that branch could provide. I felt safe as there was hand sanitizer by the door and only letting a number of people in at a time. The salesman was not pushy and made us feel comfortable
