Chris the sales man was very friendly and helpfull. He showed a lot of professionalism and good knowladge of the products. He manage to explain really well the diference between the products and advise us on the best product for our needs. Was very patient with us especially as we went to the store with a todler. The store assistant was extremely patient and helpful during our visit on apparently one of the busiest weekends but he never made us feel rushed he even made us a cup of tea which I thought was really kind.

We were greeted straight away and assisted well in choosing a mattress that was right for us, the store assistant was very helpful and if not for her we would have been looking for much longer
