I have been very satisfied with the service I have received. I only wish its price was lower.

I was perfectly satisfied with my visit and the assistance given Angelika was amazing

From first contact at the store, being called a liar by your assistant many times . messing up my order, being spoken to rudely by the people who came to put up the bed and being told by them that pictures on my wall were cheap tat to putting in a complaint as the bed I looked at was not the bed delivered. to being given money back that was already owed to me as I was not supposed to pay for delivery of bed and then saying it was an apology. I am not just un-happy, I find your level of customer service appalling and needs a major review. I also want the bed that I looked at and paid for as the one I received I could have paid Argos £149 for received a better service and had £250 left over.
