I was served by Carl, and to be fair he made it easy and also fun. I purchased two mattresses for my twin daughters and he showed extreme patience :-) I knew exactly where I stood with the product , no hard sell and very knowledgeable. No waffle just detail. Where I was let down by your advertising/website. The two mattresses offers free pillows and still does today (two days later) Carl was unable to proceed with these free items as the system would not allow him. I found that embarrassing for him. I had to ask for an alternative solution which Carl was on the same wave length. Other customers may have been less understanding. This was help by the efficiency of Carl

Very helpful staff and quality mattress

The lady who helped me find the perfect mattress for my health needs was very friendly and understanding and didn't rush me and was knowledgeable about the type of mattress that would fit my needs. She also helped me understand the process of the bed and mattress cover and offered drinks also.
