The lady in the shop was really helpful. I picked delivery dat of the 30th, thinking was September. I was then told you do realise that was October. She tried to change it and it would not let her. She advised to ring customer services on Monday I did. Well the lady on the phone was not helpful, when I challenged she just went quiet. She said it because they had to specially make the bed at is was not a normal bed so I could not change it as the manufacturer said it would take this long. I was not told in the shop it was a special bed, it is just a divan bed nothing special to it. I asked what am I supposed to do for a bed until the end of October, the reply was you can choose another one or wait. Well I don't want another one it took me long enough to pick that one. I asked for a bed to usw in the meantime on loan was told no. The only option was to change the bed or wait. I said I would cancel it then and get it elsewhere. I was told no I can't do this. I am not impressed with the service on the phone and would never recommend dreams to anyone

I felt the store manager rushedus made us feel like we were stupid and we felt he was unprofessional. Just walked out with the excitement of buying a bed ripped out of us

I was highly satisfied with my experience, on the previous page I was asked if I experienced any problems and I answered no however, I am now being asked why I was not satisfied.

Extremely rude woman who thought it acceptable to march towards my 3 year old son and shout at him. Absolutely disgusting, she has no right to approach my child and speak to him the way she did

We found Carl very good at explaining all the different beds that were available. Did not feel any pressure in the sale and made our visit a lot easier.
