IF I HAD GOT HIGHLY SATISFACTION WITH MY EXPERIENCE I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED TO HAVE THEM KISSING MY FEET I WAS ONLY BUYING A MATTRESS THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS ACCEPTABLE FOR WHAT I RECEIVED

The experience was satisfied ...

We had a specific demand and fortunately, Dreams Basingstoke could help us. But, when buying the mattress, we also ordered a duvet cover and a fitted sheet which weren´t available in the shop (in the size or colour we wanted) at that moment. We payed up front, and thought we would get a phone call when the riht size/colour would be available, but this didn´t happen. We phoned this weekend and went by to get what we ordered.

Too long to get product delivered

We were satisfied it seemed that the price was really quite high but for two good mattresses it seemed that the price was good value

When I was being served and with your representative, on two occasions when I was discussing what I was after she randomly started talking to other people that walked past, I find this very unprofessional as she was already dealing with a customer. I understand that she works in sales and has to offer mattress protectors etc. but when I decline you should respect the customers decision and not keep pushing it.

When we entered the store the assistant came to ask if we needed help,we said no we were looking then she continued asking us questions an dshowing us beds and mattresses, we thought she was too pushy and if we knew we could get the same bed elsewhere we would have gone
