Dreams - Basingstoke

I went into the store three times and each time inwentbin the price for what I wanted was more expensive!! In the end I changed my choice to something on sale.

The computer system is extremely slow and seems archaic, we were there a good while probably an hour sat there before payment was taken. Everything else was perfect, staff friendly but the computer system needs an update.

We were very sorry not to be able to buy what we really had wanted but due to the fact of high demand for product and not wanting to have to wait a whole month for delivery, settled for closest type.

Was satisfied, always room for some improvement with every company

Only problem I found was the availability of my product, but understandable as my item being a small double matress is an unusual size.

It amazes me that 'half price sale' is advertised everywhere, but it's never for the products that I seem to purchase......?

I would like to see more information about the construction of the mattresses on the information point for each bed. For example with some of the composite mattresses (the ones with the 'dark red' in-store colour coded pillows) , there was no indication of whether the composite mattress was based on open or pocket spring. Also, it would be handy to have a guide or brochure for the Dreams branded products to enable a quick side by side comparison. Please note that Angelika (Basingstoke) was very helpful and friendly during our visit.

Some confusion with prices stated by staff, these were not the same as computer system on ordering items

Highly satisfied is a personal perspective, I am not buying a house or a luxury car, I bought a Mattress and was satisfied with the service I received that should be good enough,

shop situated in a easy access area with no parking problems and out of town .Plenty of choose of beds and mattress's.
