The service was good but as yet we have not received the items ordered so unable to comment on the quality of the product as delivered

Theresa who helped me purchase the cabin bed over the phone was extremely helpful and patient. However I really wanted delivery for Christmas as a lovely surprise for my six year old daughter. There was no way of asking the supplier if this was possible as the cut off date for Xmas deliveries had already passed. I am however very happy with the way Theresa was cheerful and as helpful as she could be. Here's hoping I get my bed in time for Christmas!!

because i havent tested the product yet..its still in order therefore i cant give a highly satisfied mark as of yet.

To reach that standard everyone would have to be above perfect

I was very happy with the service, however the product i saw online was'guaranteed christmas delivery' however the earliest they could deliver was the 29th which is after christmas.

It took rather a long time to process our order, possibly because the member of staff had only worked at the store for a short time.

With a purchase such as a bed, where delivery is necessity, the price shown for the beds should be inclusive of delivery. I resent having to pay an additional charge for delivery - it is a hidden but unavoidable cost

Was very highly satisfied with the staff who were very helpful. The only criticism would be with the layout of the store with the bed we were looking at being at the back of the store and partially obscured by some other stock.

Felt a tiny bit under pressure to buy on this visit due to the attention given to us. Although this is a good thing in terms of service/product knowledge I felt that we couldn't leave without purchasing. That said, Carl's product knowledge was fantastic and his explanation of how the store was laid out were good.

Always room for improvement.
