We were served by a relatively new member of staff, I think he said we were his 3rd customer. He gave us some inaccurate information but was politely put right by the store manager who was near by throughout the transaction. The sales person was very polite and helpful but still needed guidance, We didn't mind this as other members of staff were more than happy to help. The overall service was good and we are looking forward to our new bed and matress.

I tried to purchase the bed online with the zero percentage Finance, but the online forms used part of my address s my middle name, so when i amends this by hand on the forms sent by Barclays they called me the next day and said I would have to reapply... I called the dreams Helpline and made the purchase on a different order and using a different loan provider. Everything is ok now but felt the website is not fully tested.

We went into the store looking for specific mattresses - 3 to be specific - but only one was stored in the shop.

The sales staff did not really give us time to look around without interruption. They were a little too eager to help.

Although the telesales and tele-customer service team who are extremely useful and friendly. Since my order is coming from the manufactorer, they are extermely slow in contacting me with the delivery date, yet, in the end I had to contact them several times!

Service was good and I trusted the advice I was given. I did feel a little pressured into talking to an assistant about what I was looking for, I wanted to browse myself for a while but got fed up of being asked so often if I needed help. Otherwise service was good. There was a problem with the till which prolonged my transaction and by this time my 8 year old was getting a bit fed up but this isn't anyone's fault other than the systems provided to the store. I thought they made my son very welcome and this helped me to concentrate on my purchase.

Extremely pleasant assistant, very helpful, had to keep going off to check details with another assistant, possibly due to a learning curve so did not object. Everyone has to learn. The delivery charge was not pointed out to me at the time.
