We bought our last mattress from you 8 years ago.thats why we came back can't really comment on price as haven't compared to other shops.as we have not got our new bed yet can't comment on satisfaction.

The up selling bacame too much. We came in the purchase a bed but the staff also tried to sell / push headboards, duvet etc... and after product selection still tried to recommend more expensive products. We were also quite disappointed you only dispose of the mattress and not the base. It doesn't provide the complete service expected. If your spending what we did, disposal should also be free.

I have not received the product yet, so k have not had the opportunity to confirm that the quality is the same as i saw instore.

I was absolutely disgusted at the price for the delivery, I have just moved into a flat and have had everything from a fridge freezer to a whole bedroom delivered and dreams was by far the most expensive. The delivery price will definitely put me off buying from there again

This survey is based on both the service and the product. Obviously, we have only ordered the product so have yet to receive the product from you. We therefore cannot comment on the product itself. However we were satisfied with the service, as we received the answer to our questions and all the information was given on the product types.

Overall the experience was good. The only slight annoyance was a tendency for staff to follow us around the store as we browsing. As adults we are capable of looking on our own and asking for assistance when needed.

Trying to sell the additional items i.e Mattress Protector, extended warranty. If I want it i'll ask for it.

The assistant Sammy forgot that she had offered me a free delivery, so processed my order with £39 delivery charge added. I had to request it was deducted and my receipt had to be reprinted.
