Needed a quite specific bed for a heavy man, none of which were advertised as such, then found the pricing a little deceptive as the bed and matress were not piced as one.

There was a lot of time spent offering additional extras. I understand why they are sold and how they benefit your business and the customer, but potentially the offer could be a bit smoother in regards to how they are offered. It felt IKR it was one thing after another, after another.

We visited earlier that day to look round but found the assistants a bit overpowering as we just wanted to look around on our own but each assistant kept asking us questions so we went home looked at the website and decided which one we wanted then phoned the store to see if they had one in the store that we could try and they did so we tried it and bought it, which was much easier and assistants didn't need to keep asking more questions and they were very helpful. Only because the cost was higher than our budget

We were 'pounced on' by staff as soon as we walked through the door and wasn't left to look on our own.

The sales person Dan was extremely helpful and good with my kids (who are hard work), he wasn't over pushy and answered all my questions.

The sales assistant was very good but one of the items I purchased the bed base has 2 drawers on one side so if you have a bedside table it will make opening one drawer extremely difficult and I think that is really stupid.

The staff are not knowledgeable about the products when talking in detail They don't seem to respect the customers enough to be bothered to know more details. The staff are too quick to judge customers. That said the staff are polite and efficient. Also, the products are not affordable enough. They don't reflect modern life. We live in hard times and these are luxury prices for not all that good a quality products.
