I bought a pillow and was not told the price otherwise I may not have bought it

Disappointed at the exorbitant prices of good quality mattresses. The sales advisor also spoke to us much too quickly - sometimes I had to say 'Pardon' just to catch what was being said.

The mattress was expensive (to me), but I appreciate that the cost is not high compared to other stores or mattresses.

Style selection quite limited for headboards. Realise current trend is for headboards to be attached to new bed bases but there are millions of us out there who have separate headboards, which will need replacing at some stage.

Service was as I would have expected from a professional store. I don't believe anything over and above was demonstrated, albeit the staff were friendly and approachable,l.

I was pushed towards a tempur mattress then went back to get a refund told not company policy so had to settle for another mattress

the price of delivery and taking old mattress away is too expensive. there should be free delivery on items over a certain price

The staff members were overall very nice friendly and helpful at the Basingstoke store, but having visited the Waterlooville store where the service was exemplary this lowered our opinion of the service standard in the Basingstoke store which was through no wrong doing of their own.

Placed the order on Friday wanted delivery on Monday or Tuesday but couldn't deliver till Wednesday .

Service was good
