Dreams - Basingstoke

Leah was extremely helpful, especially as the bed I ordered had to be very specific in size aspects, due to the small size of the bedroom of which it will be going. I also had a coffee whilst there which was a nice welcoming touch to the store!

Spoke to two staff members on first visit and both were excellent. They were interesting people - shared a little bit about themselves. The lady talked interiors and colour schemes more widely (she works p/t and used to run a flooring business - I was really engaged with Dreams after talking to her). And Carl was helpful and friendly, offered my daughter a biscuit after checking with me first and we had a very enjoyable couple of visits. I work in sales and account management and love it when I get a great sales experience.

We were greeted on arrival and thoroughly looked after. Whilst we spent more than initially intended, I feel we got a good service and deal. Many thanks!

The branch in Basingstoke had a good range of brands and products in store. The Assistant Manager was very helpful, and he had a very extensive knowledge of the various products, which was very useful when narrowing down options.

The member of staff that offered and gave advice throughout our visit was a trainee which we only realised after we were told on paying I would have never known she made it so much easier for us to decide on our purchase

We visited the Basingstoke store on Monday the 13th of January to order a new bed and mattress. We were served by a lovely lady called Karen who was more than qualified to help us. She set up the bed machine thingy, which enables you to find the correct mattress for each person sharing the bed. She helped us to find the perfect mattress. She was helpful, kind and knowledgable - she is a credit to the team at Basingstoke.

Jim who was our assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the product options we had after using the Sleep Master System. Indeed if this is as good as it seems it will solve a lot of issues with sleep we have.
