One error on the applications. We were asked to double check the details before signing and queried address / name as it wasn't correct, the chap said he'd change that when it came to delivery. Towards the end, he then noticed it and tried to say that I didn't check my details when he asked. Once he realised he'd made the error, not us, he was very apologetic and asked for help from his manager.

Offered products which we were not there to purchase. Which whilst I understand is all part of your 'selling' process was nevertheless slightly aggravating, but, no worse than anywhere else in similar circumstances.

In general good service. I found the sales man a bit pushing and he seemed to have every expensive item in his house. Not what I want. But we found the bed and mattress that was right for us.

When I used the toilet facilities, the hallway was littered with cleaning equipment etc and looked a bit shabby. I appreciate this was a behind the scenes area but if the public are allowed to use this area, it should be to the same standard of the store, i think.

Unable to benefit from the 0% credit option when ordering – we were told the system was ‘down’. No other option for it given. Delivery charge of £39 was not mentioned at all – only saw it on the order after it was printed for us to sign. Floor was not clean – large pieces of broken biscuits, crumbs and dirty tissues under the seats at ordering desk.
