i wasnt told about the disposal option for my old bed at time of purchase - would have been useful to know

We went in to look at 3 specific beds but one of them wasn't on display. This is so we could have had an idea of material and actual colour, also how much internal storage there is from false bottoms to actual depth as they are ottomans.

The store needs to updated to incorporate technology when interacting with customers especially on price, specs etc

Expensive item and small discount offered, but overall satisfied.

Tempur prices are very high considering the process for making the product is very simple. However this is the price for a comfortable and good nights sleep and that is very important.
