I was as satisfied as one can be buying anything one cannot improve on 100%. We arrived got some advice tried a few mattresses and the member of staff was as helpful as required and the order was placed, job done.

I felt that I was forced into paying £45 for any accidental damage to the bed even though it was for life cover. But overall I felt that I was treated with respect & I would certainly go back to dreams if I needed to buy another bed.

We placed an order for a Tempur mattress and were very much looking forward to having it delivered next Monday. We explained to the sales adviser that we were replacing the mattress from our 8 year old divan set and that both my wife and I suffer with bad backs. We chose the Tempur mattress we were both most happy with. We were slightly annoyed on returning home and reading on Tempur's website that it is not advised to place their mattresses on sprung bases that are over 5 years old. We called Dream's customer service line and they were unsure of this advice and were told to call the following day. It was then confirmed that we wouldn't be able to use the mattress we had selected and would need to revisit the store. We returned last night to the store and have ordered a new solid base unit that can be used. The sales adviser did indeed know of this condition and advised us accordingly. Our only gripe really is that we were not told of this on our first visit and if this information is on Tempur's website, all staff should know this when selling their product. Because of the need to by a new base, the delivery date is now a month away when originally it was a week.

Your staff members were polite and helpful. Carl, who served us, was both knowledgeable and helpful. Whilst the insurance policies were discounted, and included mattress protectors, I would have expected the recycling of our current beds and mattresses to be included in the overall total cost given the overall level of spend on two beds and thre mattresses, rather than being a further additional cost.
