Bought 2 beds from Dreams over a week and both times I asked about Star wars duvet set for my son. It was not in stock and could not be ordered on line? System or discontinued issue they weren't sure? 2 separate sales staff said they would track one down at another store and let me know - heard nothing to date? Asked if I could buy the one on display and they told me it was company policy to have all items on display - Even if not available to buy items though?!

"Highly Satisfied" in a shopping environment is something that is rare to the extreme...Price can be, but Sales Assistant help and other 'experiences' are subjective to every individual. This part of the questionnaire is really irrelevant because although not "Highly Satisfied" to your standards, everything we wanted was spot on for a buying experience...and having sold furniture and in sales for 40+ years everything was just fine...I don't want perfection...that is false...so let them be natural and encourage your sales teams to do just that.

The service was excellent but the price of the bed was a shock, far more than we had budgeted to spend.

While the sales member was extremely helpful, they took us straight to the top of the range without first understanding what we were looking for and how much we were prepared to spend. Also, as I was purchasing the products, the process did not all the sales staff member to go back so that we were benefiting from the free delivery. I was about to pay the £10 delivery fee, although we did not need to, to simplify the process. The sales staff member was able to locate the manager who was then able to change the delivery.

As with all surveys they ask you to rate the experience based upon the visit. However some questions relate to quality of the product and deliverey etc which one cannot answer until later once the product is in service. Best to have a survey one month after delivery. Sales is never a problem but a problem may make or break a store relationship with the cusomer depending on the handling.

Addition of unwanted items (warranty, chargeable delivery) on the initial order, which were removed in discussion, detracted from the experience

I was at satisfied as I could be, I haven't ever bought a bed before and so wasn't sure what to expect but the colleague who served us was very accommodating
