Very friendly staff who gave me time to look but also checked in with me which was really nice. The shop was clean and tidy with all the beds made nicely.

We were not given assistance as soon as we would have hoped, being left to wander round the store searching for what ewe needed. We eventually asked for assistance. The item we require is not available for delivery for over 2 weeks.

Sales people can be a bit pushy, would prefer to be given a bit more space and less pressure

Surprised at cost of new bed in so far as it's the first new bed we have brought in a number of years. Just wish my wages had kept pace lol.

It was more me than the store, I was in need of a bed as mine had broken the night before so not a great nights sleep. The assistant was great and answered all my questions.

satisfied rather than highly satisfied as we chose a matress that was EOL and we had to wait for that mattress to go off sale until a new set of mattresses was delivered to the store, before it could be delivered to us. Not really a complaint as such, overall staff were very helpful

Having spent near £2000 on a matress, protector and two pillows - we were disappointed the manager would not offer more than a £50 discount. Further we were gobsmacked Dreams were charging near £40 for the removal of our old mattress - we declined this service. Also the free delivery is misleading as on entering the store, I did comment to my wife on this fact having seen the sign in the store window, only to find out this is only for an 'all day' appointment.
