I was very satisfied with my experience at dreams. We had had a long day and we shopped out. But on entering your shop we found it very well laid out and the staff member who assisted us very helpful and efficient.

We were told the advisor would do something on the price of the headboard and upon looking at it no discount was given, which was a shame considering we bought a complete bed, mattress and the cover and the headboard

One of the pillows we wanted was not available in stock (or available for delivery from the warehouse). A slightly better discount would have been ideal (negotiated c£35, but was hoping to get closer to £40).

I always feel there is room for improvement. We were looking at the possibility of purchasing two beds and feel we could have been offered a deal.

Let me be clear; I was satisfied with the service and products provided. Yet, there is always room for improvement in any business. Namely, I found the store layout confusing, the signage misleading or occasionally incorrect. I was quoted several figures for beds which were ranging in discount, which was also not always clearly shown. The staff were knowledgable and kind, however I feel I was being up-sold heavily. Perhaps this was due to the sale that was running at the time? I have not received my products yet, so cannot comment on the quality. The selection of products in the store was very good, and the applicable discounts were also helpful for my financial situation. Your returns policy and exchange, as well as insurance and delivery availability were excellent and most helpful.
