I thought the discount offered was fairly small as the sale was on but most items that I wanted were not in the sale.

We where Highly Satisfied with our experience, Friendly customer service. Rylan was very helpful!

I was not highly satisfied as the beds could of been explained in greater detail, one of the team was fairly abrupt in presentation with me and my girlfriend. We were not approached quickly enough when looking around for assistance. The toilet area and corridor looked run down. The products are very expensive, staff could have been more well kept in appearance.

The store was understaffed so there was a queue for assistance.

We were in the store a little longer than expected. This was due to the volume of customer to staff ratio. This is in no way a slight on the staff, or the store, we just picked a busy time to visit.

Great understanding and patience of the salesperson

Service was good and helpful assistant but don’t like the way things are added to the order, then explained and taken off. Didn’t stand out from service received from other shops visited.

The sales assistant was very good with his help and found us the product that we were looking for. We didn't fell harassment when we arrived at dreams and we like that. It put us off. OK I spent more than I would normally on a bed but I hope I'm proved wrong. I found it hard to rate the question about the quality of the product as iv not had it delivered yet. Thank you

Good experience but costs seems high, will look online next time in comparison
