The amount of paperwork involved in order to do a finance agreement was comparable to my mortgage application. I have to sign too many bits of paperwork, I thought I was in 1995 again. Most organisations have digitilised this process and I'm surprised Dreams as a company haven't.

The member of staff told us the dispose price was lower than what it stated on the invoice. Which we noticed when we got home. We called up and they solved the problems and update our invoice

Im highly satisfied , the only problem was they need more stock. We got a really good assistant with our friendly Angelika in Basingtoke.

Sales lady (Angelika) was excellent Deliveries were extraordinarily limited - we had hoped for a day in about a month's time, and no delivery was possible during the week we would be at the property the bed was for. Paperwork was considerable - I haven't had time to read it all, and hope I am not tied into unreasonable small print. There were lots of signatures needed. There was further potential delivery nightmares with an ottoman we ordered - all fine in the end, but by that stage I was signing bits of paper at speed to escape. The system isn't as bright and fun as the products.

On several occasions I have contacted this store to discuss my order and was promised a member of staff would call me back with the information/details and this did not happen and it was me that had to chase up the store, it was a little lack in customer service.
