Don't like shopping, so probably would never give a highly satisfied score.

Our experience was good but not outstanding

The lady (Leah) that dealt with us and are needs was very friendly and helpful and we got what we needed.

As with some other retailers time was spent trying to sell other products that were not required such as insurance. One can find this part of the transaction quite irritating particularly if there is a hard sell.

We were very satisfied

Had been on 2 other occasions, and had been given great friendly advice and help from Angelika and Carl at Basingstoke shop. Sadly missed big bed sale but was able to secure a smaller sale discount. Had initially wanted Hopkins bed which was available on 1st visit but by 3rd visit was going to take at least 8 weeks. However, purchased Francis bed which we love with a nice mattress but delivery date was nearly 2weeks later and had wanted sooner so little disappointing.

After we placed the order we realised we didn't fully understand the difference between all the Tempur options - the time limit on the discount meant juggling things to find sufficient time to return to store (two as it happens) to ask further questions
