It’s all about the sale. I was spending a lot of money on a mattress yet the sales guy didn’t even remember me 2 days later. Didn’t remember what we talked about. Towards the end of our sale, it was obvious he had another customer waiting as he couldn’t wait to get shot of us.

I had to wait some time and hunt down an available assistant to support with my purchase. Once I found an assistant the order process was quick and easy.

Just hoped the bed could be delivered a little quicker than 3 weeks

There was only one item in the category of mattress we wanted, so no choice.

Perhaps simple signs to explain the different features of the mattresses would help older customers take in all the information at their own pace. Otherwise, highly satisfied.

I had to return to the shop to complete the order as the computer system was down

Thought there was a lack of friendliness from the staff. Products were great and I am more than happy with the bed choice

The service and products were of high standard. This is reflected in the price but the available offers make a difference.

Sheer price of a Tempur mattress, nothing to do with Dreams, I think their price for this mattress was competitive with other retailers, but Tempur prices must put loads of people off buying their products.

The prices are a little expensive, and the add-ons - drawers, charge to collect old bed, charge to ‘build’ new bed - all bumped the price up.
