Sorry but no one is that good, I never give 10 out of 10 .

We were satisfied for sure, and the assistant was very helpful, prices are pretty high though and we can't telltale for money until we have spelt on the new mattress for a while

customer service was very efficient.

I was not completely satisfied with the terms of the extended warranty if you are over 113 kg

Great staff, the computer system took ages to work when ordering.. the bed on display was not in colour desired..and is not on website yet (Sutton) Think care plans should be free when spending over two thousand..

Because I'm always looking for absolute perfection. So don't be concerned - I think Leah (the assistant who served me so well) and the store did very well!

I expected this product on discounted price

I went in just to browse and I came out with £1300 less in my pocket!
