Really good service just quashed the product could be delivered sooner

I paid more for the bed that I anticipated

The staff were great but were run off their feet and for the volume of customers there were not enough staff. Many staff were deprived of lunch breaks to try and keep pace with customer needs

I was very satisfied, we were offered tea and coffee, the staff made sure that I had everything I needed, that included using the new mattress software which maps which mattress is best for you. And also recommending the best pillow for me, I’ve used this and it’s already so much better! The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the deliver date which was Over a month after payment. But this is a very minute detail after a fantastic customer experience.

I suppose I would have liked to have paid a bit less for the bed overall a very satisfying experience and very helpful at Basingstoke store.

Although 50% off on some items these were very few. Little choice on a small budget
