Very attentive and knowledgeable staff made our purchase enjoyable. We were made to feel valued and our needs were taken into consideration when advising us.

Social distancing was non existent. The transaction tables were far too close together, so we sat next to another couple without distancing. The face to face service over the table had no Perspex screens, staff were not keeping distant, nor wore PPE.
