friendly and approachable staff who gave us time to independently look, but were available with advice if needed. Did not feel under any pressure.

The assistant Rhyse was most helpful & informative, he made the time to spend with us,thanks to all your staff.

Staff had good knowledge of products and helped in every way . We changed our minds on two occasions but this was no problem..We left the store well pleased with money well spent.

Found the member of staff Samantha to be very helpful and did not rush me in any way even though I didn't arrive till half seven , half an hour before they shut . She was very knowledgable and very understanding

Visiting my local Dreams store in Basingstoke I wasn't 100% what I wanted in terms of comfort or style. I was after a full set including king size bed, bedside tables and a mattress. I took my time trying out the different mattress' and found the style of bed and table that I wanted. The sales assistant was very patient explaining the differences between all the different types of pillows and mattress'. Couldn't fault the customer service and came away that day with an order.

We were looked after very well, we were shown the different types of beds/mattresses that were to our tastes and once we were satisfied and ready to place an order, we were offered a cup of tea and the speed in which the whole process was done was superb

The lady that served my had total customer service. I did not no what I reallly wanted and she took the time to help me. Also she up sold me pillows quilt etc but nothing was rushed.

Your assistant ( Andrew from Basingstoke ) was extremely helpful from start to finish, he could not do enough for me and was more than willing to explain and cover all options when deciding on my new bed frame and mattress. My only slight niggle which had nothing to do with the store or any of its employees was that my delivery options had been pushed out overnight ( while i was finally making a decision ) from 31st March and the the 2nd April to the 8th April which was a little disappointing given that it was only one night and I was therefore having to wait until well after the Easter holidays. This minor gripe aside, I would have absolutely no hesitation at all in returning to your Basingstoke store both for the quality of the products on show but also the service received and in particular from Andrew who was kind, informative, well on top of his product knowledge and considerate of his customers needs. Extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable member of your staff (Andrew ) made choosing our bed and mattress very stress free. We didn't know exactly what we were looking for and he helped us to find exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend. Thank you
