I felt at ease as soon as I walked in as the staff was not pushy and helpful with chosing the pillow. The store was clean and inviting and the atmosphere very friendly and relaxed.

We were looking for a bed with storage which would go through a tight doorway. We found a bed which will go through the doorway. Most of all it was very comfortable and the upholstery was just the colour we wanted. The assistant was very helpful and went through everything very thoroughly.

Sammy and Andrew were fantastic they were very helpful when it came down to sorting out a tricky furniture order. We left the basingstoke store very satisfied

We were assisted by Andrew who we found to be very helpful but not at all pushy, our daughter found what bedroom furniture she liked and the price was great with the offer that was running at the time.

I visited Dreams twice, first time I was looked after by a Lady called Julie, who was visiting the shop to train the staff that day. she was very welcoming, informative, and even made a cup of tea, first rate service. then my second visit was to purchase a sofa bed, this time a Lady called Samantha, looked after me, her product knowledge was good and she was very friendly and thorough. Thank you to both of you, for an enjoyable experience, now hope the rest goes to plan.
