The staff member was very friendly and extremely helpful. Also she explained things like delivery and disposal options very well.

Upon entering the store, we were given the right amount of time to compose our thoughts and take it all in before being ASKED if we needed assistance, not like some stores where as soon as you enter you are pounced upon like a giselle in a lions gob and even if you do say "we are just browsing" they still continue to pester. This didnt happen to us, we felt able to have a look around before the Sales Assistant (who had been hovering in the background discreetly) came over to see if everything was ok and if we had any questions. We did and he was able to answer and recommend alternatives to our queries and questions and was extremely friendly and helpful, very attentive to our requirements and budget.

Walked into store & was greeted straight away & helped straight away as I knew what I wanted. The lady talked me though the two pillows I was interested in, I tried them out & couldn't decide so advised to take both as have 14 days to decide & could exchange if I wanted, which was perfect & hassle free. The lady was also friendly & chatty to myself & my crazy children.

We found your staff Jonny and Rhyse very helpful with their product knowledge. Especially Jonny who spent the time allowing us to try the different beds and pillows to meet our needs and explaining the difference between them. Couldn't fault any of the staff and happy with the service we received today.

Staff who were available and knowledgeable when needed but left us to try the different mattresses for as long as we wished
