The sales advisor (Amber) was very helpful. She took our needs and showed us all the options available. Her knowledge of products was very good

They didn't pouch on you when we first got in as we like to look first. If we needed help we will ask, as we did yesterday found the sales person Very helpful and very pleasant. Would highly recommend anyone coming to you.

We walked into Dreams in Basingstoke to be met by Chris we said we were looking for new bed with medium mattress. He was extremely knowledgeable he suggested we try different mattresses as we might think we would be comfortable on a medium but sometimes it may not be the right choice which we did we tried 4 in total he also asked how many pillows we slept on & suggested we try some pillows too which would make it more comfortable. Chris was not pushy was happy to answer any questions we put to him. He advised us on all he ways we could pay insurances delivery & price to take old bed away. I would thoroughly recommend Dreams & would not hesitate going back to Dreams in the future.

We have used dreams in the past when buying 'our' bed, this time I was just buying a bed for a spare room so didn't need the most expensive but likewise didn't want a nasty cheap bed. I had planned on visiting several retailers and the first store I went to was Dreams Basingstoke, I was dealt with by Angelika. I hate pressure sales or being pestered in a shop, Angelika was great, she provided advice and assistance but accurately judged my requirement for sales support and gave me just enough information, she knew the products well. She was very personable. Needless to say I purchased a combination and never made it your competitors stores! I was very impressed with Angelika, whilst ensuring I was advised of all the options she did this in a sensitive manner as had I have felt pressured or harassed I would have swiftly moved on. Many thanks Angelika, from a very happy, repeat customer.

We walked in and were not approached immediately, giving us a moment to work out what we were looking at. Then Andrew approached us as we were starting to look in more detail, answered our initial questions about the bed frames and helped us choose one. Then when we asked about mattresses he explained how they were colour coordinated and helped us narrow down what we liked. He was very friendly and genuine, making it an enjoyable visit.

We managed to find exactly the right bed and mattress at a discounted rate in a very short space of time. If only all shopping was as easy as that!

Chris is an absolute credit to your Basingstoke store. The sheer variety of mattresses available nowadays is quite a daunting, but Chris took time to talk us through the options, the pros of each technology and gave good solid advice. We had the opportunity to take our time and try various beds (several times!!) until we narrowed the options and finally made a decision. I believe that the service you receive in a sales experience is vital - you can have great products but if the service is poor, I won't buy - and thanks to Chris, Dreams will be my first stop in future.
