Dreams - Basingstoke

We returned to dreams after buying a bed last year and compared to last time sammy our sales assistant could not of helped any more if she tried, she even went out of her way to make us a cup of coffee. After we made our purchase we questioned her about the mattress we bought last year and she was absolutely brilliant with all information,

I found the labelling of what was on sale and the savings a bit confusing. However, our sales assistant was excellent at picking up what we liked and our budget and show us other options within the store. I don't like 'sales assistants' but he was very helpful, he actually showed us a bed I thought was out of our price range and not right despite being my favourite design in the store. He didn't know this but had picked up on what I had been saying to my husband. We upped our budget to buy it!

The sales assistant Angelika provide fantastic customer service and help, really making the whole choosing, ordering and payment process as smooth as possible. Bravo.

I knew what I wanted and was offered and shown what I wanted so very pleased I was also offered an alternative to which I declined but very satisfied that it was offered to me

The assistant was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful answering our questions and prompting us to consider options and all the benefits.

My wife and I were hoping to receive advice that would assist us in making a decision that involves a significant cost. We were hoping that this advice would address our stated needs, in particular purchasing a mattress and pillows that would be more comfortable, provide more restful sleep and reduce stiffness in the hips. We were provided with the opportunity to try mattresses of different levels of firmness, different construction and different fabrics . The accompanying advice responded to our needs and stated concerns and not to any pre-determined sales value on the part of the advising assistant. As a result of his high quality advice and consideration we were able to make a decision earlier than intended. We await delivery of the mattress on 30th May with anticipation and some excitement. The pillows are already in use and are a considerable improvement on the one that we had and exemplify the sound advice that we were given in store. Thanks very much indeed

Customer service was excellent and professional,very friendly as well,they also had a caring understanding of my situation for delivery.

Didn't understand the difference in delivery price between online and in store orders. £40 nearly made me leave the store and go online

Store assistant was friendly and listened to our needs and matched the products to what we wanted without being overly pushy. Gave good advice and did not over or upsell. NB the assistant in Benson's tried to upsell and we left, you got the sale.

Andrew was exceptionally helpful and patient as we decided on the items we wished to purchase in the Basingstoke store
